COO, Agroshift
Diptha, is a second-time founder with Agroshift, previously building a dairy marketplace for retailers. He is an industrial engineer with an education from the top engineering school in Bangladesh, BUET. After graduation, he started a career in a top Govt. agency, working on compliance-related monitoring for the RMG (ready-made garments) factories. He had the experience of visiting 100+ factories and dealing with the factory middle management. After working there for 11 months, he started his entrepreneurial journey, Khamar-e. It started with building tech-enabled (IoT) products and services to improve the production of dairy farmers. The tech platform eventually served the market linkage purpose for dairy and livestock farmers as well. He got his first-hand experience in building a farmer network, where he worked closely with cattle farmers to procure milk and supply it to sweet shops and micro-retailers. Last year, he co-founded Agroshift where he blended his two previous work experiences in RMG and agriculture.
