Frank is the Co-Founder & Partner at L2 Capital Management. With over a decade of experience in private equity, he was most recently based in Hong Kong and Shanghai as a Senior Principal at the Blackstone Group, leading their sourcing and execution of private equity investments in greater China. There, Frank deployed about US$2bn TEV/$1bn in equity capital on investments and served on the board of multiple Blackstone portfolio companies. Prior to Blackstone, Frank was with The Carlyle Group in the U.S. Buyout Group in both China and Washington D.C. Frank also worked at Goldman Sachs’ Asian Special Situations Group in Hong Kong and McKinsey & Co. in New York. Frank holds a degree in finance (magna cum laude) from New York University's Stern School of Business, and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
